How can I make a reservation at Amelia Restaurant?
Reservations can only be made through our website at www.ameliarestaurant.com or by email: email@example.com. Please make reservations by the mentioned platform. Amelia doesn’t take reservations by phone. If the day you wish to book is full, then you can register on our waiting list available online by clicking on the desired date. If a table becomes available we will contact you to confirm your reservation. Although we receive many requests for tables of two guests then we only have a limited number of small at Amelia. So its easier to book a table of four or more guests.
How far in advance should I book?
Every day at midnight (local time) the reservations book is available online for the next 90 days.
I have doubts about a reservation already made?
If you have any questions or want to modify an already booked reservation, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will you contact me from Amelia when I make a reservation?
Yes. After you have made the reservation you’ll receive an email with the confirmation. If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, please contact
us through email@example.com. 72 hours before your reservation you’ll receive an email to reconfirm your reservation by a link. We recommend you to do so, but even if you don’t, it doesn’t mean you loose your reservation.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations can be made via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. For bookings of up to 6 guests, you can cancel without any charge up to 24 hours before the reservation. However for parties of 7 or more you’ll have to cancel up to 48 hours before the reservation. If you want to cancel with less time than indicated and we can’t rebook that table, we have the right to charge you a cancellation fee equivalent to €30 per person. If you make a reservation and doesn’t show up, we have the right to charge you a “no-show”-fee equivalent to €30 per person.
How can I make a reservation for a group?
Amelia is a small restaurant with only 16 tables and with the largest table for up to 10 guests. However we can receive large parties but at separate tables for up to 50 guests. If you wish to book for a group of more than 50 or more guests, then we can offer you the exclusivity of the restaurant. If of interest please email to email@example.com.
What are the opening hours of Amelia Restaurant?
We happily welcome you for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday from 19:00 (7pm) to 22:30 (10:30pm) Fridays and Saturdays also for lunch from 13:00 to 14:45. The times indicates that of the kitchen, not the restaurant.
Where is Amelia Restaurant?
We situated at Calle Moraza 1B (Ex Prim 34) in the center of San Sebastián, behind the Buen Pastor Cathedral. We do not have our own parking but there are two public such near Amelia; the Easo (access from Plaza Easo, Autonomía corner) and the Buen Pastor (access from Urbieta Street).
Which menu does Amelia offer?
We offer a tasting menu for both lunch and dinner. Our menu changes continuously depending on the products available at the markets. The menu is of 12 dishes that either is served as full menu or as a 9-servings menu.
What if I have allergies or intolerance?
If you have allergies or intolerances and inform us in advance, we are be able to adapt the menu to your medical restrictions. For this please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Inform us of your allergy or intolerance no later than one day before your arrival, so the kitchen has time to adapt the menu according to demands.
Are there any requirements as to dress?
Although Amelia is a formal restaurant then we like to create a relaxed atmosphere without any demands to dresscode, although we ask you not to arrive in shorts nor wearing a bikini.
How much time should I have for the menu?
Our tasting menu is elaborated to the smallest detail and consists of 12 dishes. So we recommend you to have 90-120 minutes to enjoy the Amelia-experience to the fullest.
What happens if I arrive late?
We kindly ask our guests to be on time. Please consider that if you arrive with more than 20 minutes delay then the reserved table might have been offered to other side.
Do you accept credit card payments? And cash?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For cash payments we only accept euros.
How can I purchase a gift card?
Amelia offers offer gift cards to use once and with one year validity. You can purchase a gift card at our website and It’ll be sent to the address given.
Do you admit children in Amelia?
Children are welcome in Amelia although we do not serve children menus, but only he same casting menu as to adults. We don’t recommend the menu for children under 10 years.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes. We have both wheelchair access and toilets for disabled guests. Don’t hesitate to inform us about your requirement through email@example.com in order for us to assign you with the most comfortable table possible.
