How can I make a reservation at Amelia Restaurant?
Reservations can only be made through our website at www.ameliarestaurant.com or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make reservations by one of the above ways. Amelia does not take reservations by phone. If the day you wish to book is full, then you can register on our waiting list available online by clicking on the desired date. If a table becomes available we will contact you to confirm your reservation. As we receive many requests for tables for two, and as we only have a limited number of them at Amelia, it iseasier to book a table of four or more guests.
How far in advance should I book?
Every day at midnight (local time) the reservations book is available online for the next 90 days.
What if I have doubts about a reservation already made?
If you have any questions or want to modify an already booked reservation, please email us at email@example.com.
Will you contact me from Amelia when I make a reservation?
Yes. After you have made the reservation you will receive an email with the confirmation. If you have not received it within 24 hours, please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org. Seventy-two hours before your reservation you will receive an email to reconfirm your reservation by a link. We recommend that you do so, but even if you do not, it does not mean that you will lose your reservation.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations can be made via email to: email@example.com. For bookings of up to six guests, one can cancel without any charge up to 48 hours before the reservation. However, parties of seven or more would have to cancel at least 72 hours before the reservation. If a table is canceled later than that, Amelia reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100€ per person. We also reserve the right to charge a “no-show” fee of 100€ per person.
How can I make a reservation for a group?
Amelia is a small restaurant with only 16 tables, with the largest table being for up to eight guests. However, we can accomodate large parties at separate tables for up to 40 guests. For parties of 40 or more guests, we can offer you the exclusivity of the restaurant. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the opening hours of Amelia Restaurant?
We happily welcome you for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday from 19:30 (7:30pm) to 21:30 (9:30pm); and for lunch from Thursday to Saturdays from 13:00 (1 pm) to 14:45 (2:45pm).
(The times indicates that of the kitchen, not the restaurant. Are the seating hours different from this?)
Where is Amelia Restaurant?
We located at Calle Moraza, 1B (corner with Calle Prim, 34) in the center of San Sebastián, three minutes’s walk from the Cathedral del Buen Pastor. We do not offer our own parking, but there are two public lots nearby: the Easo (access from Plaza Easo at the corner of Calle Autonomía) and the Buen Pastor (access from Urbieta Street).
What menus does Amelia offer?
We offer two tasting menus for both lunch and dinner. Our menu changes continuously depending on the products available at the markets. The seasonal full menu is composed of 14 dishes; the seasonal short menu has 11.
What if I have allergies or intolerance?
If you have allergies or intolerances and inform us in advance, we will be able to adapt the menu to your medical restrictions. For this please email email@example.com. Inform us of your allergy or intolerance no later than one day before your arrival so the kitchen has time to adapt the menu according to demands.
Is there a dress code?
Although Amelia is a formal restaurant, we like to create a relaxed atmosphere without any demands as to dress code. However, we do ask that you not arrive in shorts or wearing a bikini.
How much time should I allow for the meal?
Our tasting menu is elaborated to the smallest detail and consists of 12 dishes. So we recommend that you allow for 100 to 150 minutes in order to enjoy the Amelia experience to the fullest.
What happens if I arrive late?
We kindly ask our guests to be on time. Please consider that if you arrive later than 20 minutes, your reserved table might be offered to another party.
Do you accept credit card payments? Cash?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. For cash payments we only accept euros.
How can I purchase a gift card?
Amelia offers gift cards to be used once, and they are valid for one year. A gift card can be purchased at our website and sent to the address given.
Are children admitted?
Children are welcome in Amelia, although we do not serve children’s menus, only the same menus as for adults. We don’t recommend the menu for children under 10 years.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes. We have both wheelchair access and toilets for disabled guests. Please do not hesitate to inform us about your requirements through firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can provide you with the most comfortable table possible.

ABOUT OUR RESERVATIONS AND MENU
Due to Amelia’s philosophy of offering an experience based on our culture, the menu is based on seasonal vegetables, meat, fish and seafood, making it impossible to adapt the menu to certain food restrictions. Please, if you have any objection to this, DO NOT make the reservation online, and proceed to contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you to study your request.
Your reservation will not be valid until you receive a confirmation email along with your locator ID.
If you cannot attend, please cancel your reservation 48 hours in advance, using the cancellation link provided by the system, via email to email@example.com or by phone at (+34) 943 845 647. If you cancel your reservation with less than 48 hours, you will be charged € 30 per guest on the registered card automatically.

Si padecen alergias o intolerancias podremos amoldar nuestro menú a sus restricciones medicas siempre que nos informen de ello con pre-aviso. Para ello deberán escribirnos a firstname.lastname@example.org, rogamos que nos informen de su alergia o intolerancia mas tardar un día antes de su reserva, para de ese modo poder informar a la cocina con el tiempo suficiente de poder adaptar el menú de acuerdo a sus exigencias.

Debido a la filosofía de Amelia de ofrecer una experiencia basada en nuestra cultura, el menú se basa en verduras, carnes, pescados y mariscos de temporada, imposibilitándonos adaptar el menú ante ciertas restricciones alimentarias. Le rogamos que, si tiene alguna objeción ante esto, NO realice la reserva online, y proceda a ponerse en contacto con nosotros mediante un email a email@example.com y nosotros contactaremos con usted para estudiar su solicitud.
Su reserva no tendrá validez hasta que no reciba un email de confirmación junto con su localizador.
POLITICA DE CANCELACIÓN
